Doctoral studies in learning design and technology will help me achieve most of my goals set around teaching English. This program has provided me with great insight into the latest educational technologies. 

I have always been passionate about teaching English and looking for effective ways of teaching and helping students learn a foreign language. That is the main reason why I decided to pursue a doctorate degree in instructional design. The knowledge and skills acquired during the program have helped me design classes and materials and conduct research on different instructional techniques to improve the English language teaching and learning process. During the program, I have also been able to connect different technologies, including social media applications, and their educational affordances to the teaching of English to help students in their learning process.
